About this project

What does Create Big Cannons: Automatic Shell Feeder add?

Create Big Cannons: Automatic Shell Feeder

This is a small addon for Create Big Cannons that adds a new feeder and breech for automated cannon loading. It lets you put shells and the correct amount of power charges into a Create Big Cannon without doing it by hand every time.

The feeder holds shells and power charges and works with normal Create logistics, so you can pipe items in with funnels, chutes, or arms. The breech loads the shell and the right number of charges together, so you do not have to guess or count powder every shot. Once it is loaded, you fire the cannon as usual and the system can load the next round.

It is meant to fit into existing CBC setups without changing how cannons work. You still need to supply the ammo and charges, and you still need to aim and fire. The mod just handles the loading part.
