About this project

What does Active Duty add?

Staff Active Duty

Staff Active Duty is a server-side NeoForge mod that helps server owners manage staff permissions, monitor staff activity, and maintain accountability through an Active Duty system.

Staff members can enter Active Duty when performing moderation or administrative tasks, gaining temporary operator permissions for the duration of their session. When they leave duty, their temporary permissions are removed, and their configured post-duty game mode is applied.

Features

  • Active Duty System — Staff can enter and leave duty using commands.

  • Temporary Operator Permissions — Grant staff operator permissions while they are on duty.

  • Staff Whitelist — Configure which players are authorized to use the system.

  • Automatic Duty Timeout — Set a maximum duty duration, or configure unlimited duty time.

  • Disconnect Handling — Automatically end Active Duty when a staff member disconnects, enabled by default.

  • Configurable Game Mode — Choose the game mode staff return to after leaving duty.

  • Staff Prefix — Display a configurable Active Staff prefix in chat, the player list, and above players' heads.

  • Discord Webhook Logging — Send duty activity and command logs to Discord.

  • Command Logging — Track commands used during Active Duty sessions.

  • Duty Announcements — Notify the server when staff enter or leave duty.

  • Audit Logs — Keep records of commands made during duty through a Discord webhook

Commands:

/ActiveDuty (Reason/Status/Cancel/leave)

Status tells you the reason you went on Active Duty and how much time is left until the expiration time.

Leave leaves Active Duty once you're ready

/StaffDuty Reload - reloads the Config file
