About this project
What does Crafting Unbound add?
Crafting Unbound overhauls vanilla Minecraft with brand new high-quality mechanics, such as:
Tree felling - if you will break first block of any tree, it will fall like a real one!
Forging - this recipe requires an anvil and a hammer. Includes Hard and Normal modes. Hard mode is a challenging minigame where you must hit timings and watch the timer; it grants your tool an additional +120% durability (high risk, high reward). Normal mode , you just hold RMB + Shift, and nothing more.
Leather Working, Stne Cutting, and Woodworking - some of the most satisfying mechanics in the entire mod. You need to cut a specific shape for the item (for example, stairs if you're a carpenter, aye?). As you cut, smooth animations and sound effects accompany every movement.
Assembly - select a recipe, place components in 3D, and hammer them into the final item. You feel every strike of your hammer and see the actual result in real time.
Clay Forming - have you ever wanted to make your own pottery in 3D? This is your chance. Sculpt complex shapes by placing pixels and adjusting angles.
Also because of the unique recipe system, this mod automatically generates and sorts recipes. So this mod is compatible with anything you can imagine. Create? No problem. Biomes O' Plenty? Not even a question.
That's all for now, but keep in mind that this mod is still under heavy development - and this is only the beginning. So craftsman, grab your saw and hammer, and go for it!
