About this project
What does AutomaticSpawner add?
A virtual mob farm in one block. No spawning pads, no lag from hundreds of mobs, no mob grinders: put mob souls into the Chaos Spawner and it turns them straight into loot and experience. How it works
- Kill any mob as a player and it has a small chance to drop its Mob Soul. The soul remembers which mob it came from and takes the colors of that mob's spawn egg.
- Put souls into the Chaos Spawner. Each soul counts as one mob per cycle, up to 10 souls per slot and 11 slots.
- Every cycle the spawner "kills" those mobs virtually: it rolls their real loot table and collects the experience. Nothing is spawned in the world.
- Works with any mob, including mobs from other mods like Divine RPG. Upgrades
- Speed Upgrade: +50% spawner speed each, up to 16
- Looting Upgrade: +1 Looting level each, up to 10
- Quantity Upgrade: +1 mob per soul each, up to 4
- Experience Upgrade: +50% experience each, up to 16
- Efficiency Upgrade: -10% energy use each, up to 9 The spawner won't accept more upgrades than the limit. Features
- Uses RF/FE energy: 800 RF per mob by default, 1M RF buffer. Can be turned off in the config.
- Auto-output: loot is pushed into adjacent chests, hoppers, pipes and storage interfaces automatically.
- Stored experience is collected with a button in the interface.
- Clear interface: soul slots, a 7x3 loot storage, upgrade slots, cycle progress, energy bar and status (Working, No energy, Output full, No souls).
- EMI support: see what every soul drops and with what chance. Search an item to find which soul gives it.
- Pipes can insert souls and upgrades and extract loot.
- Glowing caged block with a burning core.
- A creative tab with the spawner, all upgrades and a soul of every mob for testing. Configuration Each world has serverconfig/automaticspawner-server.toml with:
- soul drop chance and bonus per Looting level
- a blacklist of mobs that never drop souls
- cycle time, energy use, energy capacity and input rate
- turning energy and auto-output on or off Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47 or newer
- EMI is optional Available in English and Russian.
