SCC: Calculated Mobs
SCC add-on: mob loot without laggy mob farms - simulated fights roll the real loot of every mob in your pack into SCC storage.
Quick answer
Which SCC: Calculated Mobs release should I use?
SCC: Calculated Mobs 1.0.2 (MC 26.1.2) targets 26.1.2 with NeoForge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is SCC: Calculated Mobs required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does SCC: Calculated Mobs 1.0.2 (MC 26.1.2) need?
SCC: Calculated Mobs 1.0.2 (MC 26.1.2). Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install SCC - Super Cool Calculator first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 23 come through another mod in the chain.
23 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does SCC: Calculated Mobs add?

Mob loot without laggy mob farms – calculated, not farmed.
Requires Super Cool Calculator (SCC) 1.5.0+ – this is an add-on and does nothing on its own.
Study a creature by hunting it. Imprint its form into a Specimen Core. Let a Simulation Calculator replay the fight inside a glowing star-glass orb.
Every cycle rolls the mob's real loot – including Looting, "killed by a player" and the drops other mods add on death – and sends it straight into your SCC storage.
No spawners. No kill chambers. No entities piling up. No lag.

- Hunt – carry a Stellar Bestiary while you fight. Every kill teaches you more about that mob.
- Imprint – right-click a living mob with an empty Specimen Core. The mob stays unharmed; the core now holds its form and shows it as a tiny hologram.
- Simulate – put the core into a Simulation Calculator on your SCC cable. It draws power from the network, takes Stardust Matrix from storage and puts the loot back into storage – visible in every SCC terminal.

Every mob in your pack – automatically
There is no fixed mob list. When the server starts (and after every /reload), Calculated Mobs scans every living entity and its loot tables – modded mobs included.
Add a mod to your pack and its mobs are there. No datapack, no config.
And the loot is not a copied list: every cycle rolls the real death drop:
- the loot table
- drops a mob creates in code (yes, the Wither's Nether Star)
- its equipment
- the drop events of other mods (Apotheosis gems, Immersive Engineering shader bags and similar)

Your knowledge of each mob grows through six stages. The higher the stage, the more often a simulation succeeds:
- Basic – 25 % success
- Red Dwarf – 45 %
- Yellow Star – 65 %
- Blue Giant – 80 %
- Neutron Star – 92 %
- Singularity – 100 %, and a 25 % chance that a cycle keeps its matrix
Successful simulations teach a little on their own, but only up to Yellow Star – beyond that, only real hunting counts.
Research Dial: slide it from Loot to Research in the calculator window and every successful cycle teaches more – up to three times as much, all the way to Singularity – while less loot comes out (none at 100 %). With SCC: Calculated Defense installed, a Specimen Core in a Star Tower turns the tower's kills of that mob into hunting knowledge.
The Stellar Bestiary
The Bestiary shows every mob of your pack:
- a rotatable, zoomable model
- your knowledge as a constellation
- the loot with chances at Looting 0 and III
- the yield per cycle for every stage
- where the mob lives – dimensions, biomes, structures
Filter by mod, bosses only, or learned/unlearned.

The Simulation Calculator climbs the same star tiers as SCC and is upgraded with the normal SCC tier upgrades:
- Basic – 1 core, 15 s per cycle
- Red Dwarf – 2 cores, 12 s, Looting up to I
- Yellow Star – 3 cores, 9 s, Looting II, 2 parallel
- Blue Giant – 4 cores, 6 s, Looting III, 2 parallel
- Neutron Star – 6 cores, 4 s, Looting III, 3 parallel, bosses
- Singularity – 8 cores, 2 s, Looting IV, 4 parallel, bosses
Upgrades – up to 4 each, forged in the SCC Star Forge:
- Pulsar Accelerator – each one cuts the cycle time by 20 %
- Plunder Lens – +1 Looting each, capped by the tier
- Binary Star Splitter – one more parallel simulation per core, capped by the tier
Bosses
Wither, Ender Dragon, Elder Guardian, Warden – and modded bosses tagged c:bosses – can be simulated too.
They need a Neutron Star calculator and Blue Giant knowledge, cost far more energy and 16 matrix per cycle. The orb turns into a violet storm with a rune ring and lightning arcs.

- Power from the network, Stardust Matrix from storage, loot into storage.
- Click an empty matrix or upgrade slot to fetch it from storage – or to open the SCC order window. Ctrl+click orders right away.
- Autocrafting: every drop becomes a recipe the SCC planner understands – "Ender Pearl via Calculated Mobs: Enderman". Put a Processing Calculator in front of a Simulation Calculator in On order mode: it runs exactly the ordered amount, then stops and returns the leftover matrix.
- No network? The calculator has its own energy buffer and works with hoppers and pipes.

It looks like it belongs
The Simulation Calculator wears SCC's Star Forge style:
- a steel pedestal with pillars in the tier colour
- a pulsing star-glass orb with the mobs as holograms inside
- a beam of light with a spiral for every finished cycle, and loot that flies along the cable
The window shows the orb as a big hologram, progress rings per core, glass tubes for energy and matrix, a live loot feed and a status line that always says what is going on – in every SCC design (F7).
Quiet sounds, a JEI category and its own chapter in the SCC guide.

Calculated Mobs works with whatever mobs your pack has, because it reads the game's own data instead of a list. Tested with large packs (All the Mods 10, All the Mods 10 To the Sky, FTB Evolution 2), for example:
- Twilight Forest – Naga, Lich, Hydra and the other bosses, including loot that the mod normally drops into a chest
- Ice and Fire – fire, ice and lightning dragons as bosses, with the loot you harvest from their corpse
- The Aether, Cataclysm, Occultism, Deeper and Darker, Aquaculture and many more

Progression stays intact: dungeon keys (Aether), dragon eggs, boss trophies and tower keys (Twilight Forest), the Strange Key (Cataclysm) and Occultism soul shards never come out of a simulation. Packs can add more with the item tag scc_mobs:no_loot or block mobs with scc_mobs:no_simulation.
For pack makers
Everything is configurable in scc_mobs-server.toml: cycle times, energy, matrix costs, knowledge thresholds and success chances, boss rules, block lists for mobs and items, extra loot tables and recipe export.
Commands: /scc_mobs scan, /scc_mobs list, /scc_mobs info, /scc_mobs knowledge.
Languages: English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Chinese.
