About this project
What does AnvilBook add?
Enchant Transfer
Enchant Transfer is a simple and convenient mod that solves an age-old problem: what do you do when you have a great enchantment on an item you no longer need?
Simply place your unwanted enchanted item and a regular blank book into an anvil! This mod allows you to carefully "extract" all enchantments onto a book, leaving your original tool or armor completely intact (but no longer enchanted). It's perfect for transferring rare enchantments to new, more durable gear without losing your original item.
How it works
- Grab any enchanted item (sword, armor, tool).
- Grab a regular blank book.
- Place them together in an anvil!
Features
- ✨ Item Preservation: Your sword or armor won't disappear; it will just be stripped of its enchantments.
- ✨ Economical: The operation costs only 1 XP level.
- ✨ Vanilla-friendly: Works seamlessly with all items, including those with multiple enchantments.
- 🛡️ No Dupes: The mod includes anti-exploit protection so you can't duplicate enchanted books or items.
Requirements
- Minecraft Version: 26.2
- Mod Loader: Fabric
- Dependencies: Fabric API
Now your best enchantments will always stay with you, even if you decide to change your gear!
