About this project
What does Redcorp universal fix add?
Redcorp Modpack Fixes
Redcorp Modpack Fixes is a growing collection of targeted fixes and compatibility integrations for the **Redcorp modpack**, running on **Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge**. Each release documents the affected mods and the features it adds or repairs.
Mana-fluid integration for Botania Revived
Version 1.1.0 adapts the core features of **Botania Mana Fluid by Halex** to **Botania Revived 1.0.3** and NeoForge 1.21.1. The integration is included in this mod; the original Forge 1.20.1 mod must not be installed alongside it.
- Extract mana from Botania Revived pools as liquid mana and insert it back through the standard NeoForge fluid capability used by compatible pipes and tanks, including Create's fluid system.
- Use buckets directly on mana pools. **1 mB represents 100 mana**, so one bucket holds 100,000 mana.
- Place liquid mana in the world, with still and flowing textures.
- Use liquid mana beside lava: flowing lava produces livingrock, while lava source blocks produce obsidian.
- Pool transfers respect capacity, retain sub-millibucket mana remainders and do not mutate mana during simulated operations.
This integration lets players connect Botania Revived's mana storage to fluid-based factory logistics in the Redcorp pack.
NTGL projectile fixes
The fixes from version 1.0.0 are retained for **NTGL 3.2.0**, used with **Create: Gunsmithing 1.4.9**:
- Prevent premature client-side projectile expiry that makes shots and rockets disappear.
- Prevent client-side collision handling from removing grenades at their first contact.
These changes leave server-side damage and trajectory calculations unchanged. The separate ThrowingTracker error and any actual server-side terrain collision issue are outside these fixes.
Requirements and installation
- Minecraft **1.21.1** with NeoForge **21.1.228 or newer**.
- NTGL **3.2.0** and its dependencies.
- For mana-pool integration: **Botania Revived exactly 1.0.3**, its dependencies, and NeoForge **21.1.240 or newer** as required by Botania Revived.
**Starting with 1.1.0, install the same Redcorp Modpack Fixes version on both the client and server.** The mana module adds fluid, block and item registry entries. Replace previous Redcorp Fixes or NTGL Projectile Fix JARs; do not load both versions together.
Credits
Mana-fluid features and textures are adapted from **Botania Mana Fluid by Halex**, distributed under the MIT license. Attribution and the original license are included in the JAR. Botania Revived and NTGL remain separate required mods for their respective integrations. This is an unofficial companion project.
