About this project

What does Elomod add?

Elomod

Elomod is an expansive content mod that enriches your Minecraft world by introducing new resource tiers, unique armor sets, custom tools, weaponry, and a complete wood type.

1. New Resource Tiers

The mod introduces several custom resources that can be mined, ingots or dust, and crafted:

  • Cilium: A tier complete with its own ore, blocks, and gear.
  • Garinium: Includes mineable Garinium Ore or Garinium Blocks and gears.
  • Lifium: Features Lifium Ore, Ingots, and unique crafting components like the Lifium Stick and also the Lifesteal Sword.
  • Nelium: Generates Nelium Ore, which can be mined into Nelium Dust.
  • Rusty Iron: An alternative or oxidized iron variant introducing Rusty Iron Ores, Ingots, Nuggets, and a conversion recipe.
  • Zelenium: A rare material set including custom ores and ingots.
  • Zen: A top-tier material featuring Zen Ingots, and Zen Blocks.
  • Silicon: You know what we do with those things.

2. Armor and Equipment

Nearly all of the new resource tiers feature their own beautifully textured, fully functional gear:

  • Tool Progression: Craft Swords, Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels, and Hoes using Cilium, Garinium, Rusty Iron, and Zelenium.
  • Armor Sets: Protect yourself with specialized Helmets, Chestplates, Leggings, and Boots for Cilium, Garinium, Rusty Iron, Zelenium, and Zen tiers.
  • Special Weaponry:
    • Lifesteal Sword: A unique magical blade equipped with a custom hit procedure that drains health from your enemies to heal you upon impact.
    • Zen Sword: An endgame blade.

3. Wood Ecosystem

Elomod adds a brand-new tree and wood ecosystem like Bluey or Jay. It behaves like standard vanilla wood types but offers a fresh look for builders. The set includes:

  • Bluey Logs, Stripped Logs, Wood, and Stripped Wood.
  • Bluey Leaves.
  • Planks & Construction: Planks, Slabs, Stairs, Fences, and Fence Gates.
  • Redstone Components: Buttons, Pressure Plates, Doors, and Trapdoors.
  • Signage: Custom Bluey Signs and Hanging Signs (including wall-mounted variants).
  • Transport: Bluey Boats and Bluey Chest Boats to navigate waterways.

4. Technical Integration

  • Tag Compatibility: Fully integrated with vanilla Minecraft mechanics, adding items to correct tags (like #minecraft:logs_that_burn, #minecraft:mineable/pickaxe, and #minecraft:swords).
  • World Generation: Utilizes NeoForge's biome modifier system to dynamically generate Cilium, Garinium, Lifium, Nelium, Rusty Iron, and Zelenium ores naturally into your underground world.
  • Composting: Includes mod data maps to ensure natural items (like Bluey Leaves) can be thrown right into a composter.

Special : Camera integration.
