What does Combat Refined add?

-Removes Shield Delay

-Disables Attacking Before Cooldown

-Allows Swinging Through Grass

Shield Parry, as stated in the comments, is compatible, although timing for this mod and shield parry won't be synchronized unless 5 ticks are added to Shield Parry's time windows for each projectile.
