What does this addon add on?

Using it you can create Custom Seeds for your modpack. It generates for you the seed, crop, essence and mob chunks. It doesn't add any recipes, so you'll need to use CraftTweaker for that.

How can I create a Custom Seed?

Just add the seed in the configuration file, there you will have all the necessary explanation to assemble your seeds.
