About this project

What does AR Minecraft add?

Alternate Reality, The City and The Dungeon recreated in Minecraft! Lots of custom blocks, textures sounds, etc... Still a work in progress. City/Dungeon map is 100% complete. Custom Blocks are now 99% complete. Custom sounds are 35% complete. Custom items are about 10% complete. Terrain map outside the City is about 30% complete.
100% Forge compatible. Just drop the map into your 'saves' folder and the mod jar into your "mods" folder.
AR Minecraft for MC 1.5.2 is also compatible with Mo Creatures, Map Writer, MCA and Animated Player and you should install these mods properly for 1.5.2 before loading the custom map or it'll generate ID errors.
AR Minecraft for MC 1.6.2/1.6.4 is compatible with Map Writer & MCA at this time and will be tested with other mods as they are released.
I still have not made the ID's reconfigurable, but it looks like this will not be a factor in 1.7.2 since block ID #'s appear to be going away.
This is my first shot at Minecraft Modding and I am still learning a lot every day.
Thanks to Minecraft Forums, Bukkit Forums, Curse Network, Mojang and many others for the wonderful modding resources out there! I never did a large amount of programming in Java before so those resources were invaluable aids!
