Quick answer
Which Charged release should I use?
Charged 1.0.4_26.1-26.2 targets 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 with Fabric. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Charged required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does Charged 1.0.4_26.1-26.2 need?
1.0.4_26.1-26.2. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Fabric API first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Charged add?
Charged

Charged Creepers killing players will (configurably) make them drop their head, (configurably, again) with their skin's texture.

Very many entities heads (configurably) can be dropped.

Player heads with skins can be washed into default skins.
This feature has a client/server sync feature that will prevent temporary, client-side ghost-blocks [of placed heads] appearing at all.
