About this project
What does Armor Conversion add?
If you have ever found a chain chestplate with mending and protection, you might have wished it was a different material, like diamond. That's when the Armor Conversion mod steps in. Inspired by the Apotheosis mod by Shadows_Of_Fire, the Armor Conversion mod makes a simple change to the smithing table allowing you to upgrade leather and chain armor to iron armor. You can also upgrade from iron or gold armor to diamond armor. To upgrade, simply put your current armor piece in the first slot of the smithing table. In the second slot, put an iron or diamond block inside of it. Upgrading armor will keep enchants, durability, and names.
