About this project

What does L2 Weaponry add?

Weapon types:

-Dagger: Short range, fast attack speed, deal double damage to enemies that haven't noticed you. Good with invisible effects.

-Claw: Short range, fast attack speed, consecutive attacks will increase damage. Blocks damage for a short time after hitting successfully. Double welding to raise max damage cap and increase sweeping attack range, and change damage blocking from front to all direction.

-Machete: Claw but with slower attack speed and regular range, and higher damage.

-Hammer: Slow attack weapon that deals armor-piercing attack

-Battle Axe: Slow attack weapon with high damage and sweeping attack ability. Breaks shields.

-Spear: Long range sweeping weapon

-Throwing Axe: Trident-like throwable weapon. Can enchant Loyalty.
Javelin - Throwable weapon that pierces enemy. Long attack range like spear when used for melee. Can enchant Loyalty.

-Round Shield: Can sprint while holding shield. Has a shield bar that reduce when blocking damage and recover fastly when not holding shield.

-Plate Shield: Tough against shield breaking attacks. Has a shield bar that reduce only when blocking shield breaking damage and recover fastly when not holding shield. Can only be used in main hand. Can reflect damage when held it with right timing. Hitting enemy with it can knock them back a lot. Crit hit deals 3x damage instead of 1.5x. All damage from plate shield bypass armor (reflection, hit, crit hit)

Legendary weapons

These legendary weapons can be obtained through smithing table, with a recipe.

-Axe of Cursed Flame: (Battle Axe) - Inflict soul flame on targets. Protect holder from fire damage.

-Spear of Winter Storm: (Spear) - Frost targets. Protect holder from powdered snow.

-Hammer of Incarceration: (Hammer) - Immobilize enemies within 8 blocks when performed a falling attack.

-Abyss Echo: (Hammer) - Critical hit will bypass magical protections.

-Abyss Resonance: (Machete) - For over %s consecutive attacks, damage will bypass magical protections.

-Abyss Shock: (Dagger) - Damage dealt to enemies not targeting user will bypass magical protections.

-Abyss Terror: (Battle Axe) - Damage dealt to enemies targeting user will bypass magical protections.

-Haunting Demon of the End: (Spear) - Aim at a target within 64 blocks and right click to teleport near it.

-Shadow Hunter: (Dagger) - Right click target within 8 blocks to teleport to its back, and wipe its anger. Damage penetrates armor if target does not target you.

-Shadow Shredder: (Machete) - Inflict levitation and slow falling for a short time to enemies.

-Void_escape: (Javelin) - Not affected by gravity. When hit a block, teleport to that position. Holder gets levitation and slow falling in void.

-Poseidon Madness: (Javelin) - Thunder strike all enemies hit, thrown or sweep, regardless of position and weather. Protect holder from fire and thunder damage.

-Vampire Desire: (Claw) Restore health based on damage dealt. Increase damage stack limit based on enemies killed.

-Barbaric Hallow: (Throwable Axe) - Damage penetrates armor, damage increase target's armor value.

-Dogmatic Punishment: (Hammer) - On critical hit, increase damage by user's damage absorption.

-Dogmatic Standoff: (Battle Axe) - Gain damage absorption equal to 2% of target health. Would not exceed 2% of target health.

-Blade of Illusion (Machete): - When target has less lost health than consecutive damage dealt, next consecutive attack to the same target will increase that difference.

-Claw of Determination: (Claw) - When damage dealt is reduced, next consecutive attack to the same target will increase double of the amount reduced.

Enchantments (1.20+ only):

-Ender Hand: (Throwing Axe, Javelin) - Thrown attacks will appear as direct hit.

-Stealth: (Dagger) - Has a chance to not aggravate enemy, but reduce damage

-Heavy: (Axe, Throwing Axe, Battle Axe, Hammer) - Reduce attack speed, increase critical hit and projectile damage.

-Hard Shield: (shields) - Increase shield defense, works on either hand.

-Heavy Shield: (shields) - Increase shield defense greatly, but reduce movement speed. Works on main hand only.

-Energized Will: (Machete) - Gradually increase machete attack range when stacking consecutive attacks. Conflicts with Raised Spirit.

-Raised Spirit: (Machete) - Gradually increase machete attack speed when stacking consecutive attacks. Conflicts with Energized Will.

-Ghost Slash: (Claw, Machete) - Empty hits will stack hit count and consume durability as well.

-Claw Shielding: (Claw) - Increase damage blocking time for claws. Works on either hand.

Twilight Foest Compat Material Features (1.20+ only)

-Ironwood: Repair itself it twilight forest. Shield grants user resistance when blocks a damage.

-Steeleaf: Deals more damage to mobs without armor, and sometimes cause bleeding. Shield reflects partial damage on blocking.

-Knightmetal: Damage increase based on mob armor value. Shield reflect partial damage on blocking.

-Fiery: Deal more damage to mobs not immune to fire. Ignite mobs. Shield ignite mobs and grant user fire resistance on blocking.

Note: battle axe, spears, and javelin are large weapons that have 2x the size of regular items. To make them have regular resolution in hand, I have to make them to have 2x resolution in GUI.
