What does Overworld Cobalt and Ardite add?

This mod adds 2 blocks. Cobalt ore, and Ardite ore. Both generate from y-0 to y-16 in the overworld, and are compatible with tinkers. This changes the user's experience by allowing them to obtain 2 good ores (cobalt and ardite) before going to the nether.
