About this project

What does Bonecraft: Dominion add?

Bonecraft (v0.9.3-beta)

Step on path of necromancer - Summon minions. Gather resources. Corrupt Villagers. Shape your own dark dominion colony.

Bonecraft wallpaper

Bonecraft is a summoning and automation mod inspired by village management games, designed to fit naturally into Minecraft's world. Summons are not short-term battle boost but long-term minions living in your domain. Recruit workers, construct specialized workstations, automate production chains, and grow a thriving settlement that evolves alongside your necromancer journey.

Features

Create Your Colony

Summon your minions and put them to work.

  • Gather resources for summoning
  • Rise your warriors and workers.
  • Assign jobs and responsibilities.
  • Expand housing and infrastructure

Specialized Workers

Summons are helpful.

Current professions include:

  • Farmer
  • Woodcutter
  • Fisher
  • Guard
  • Many more to come

Workers perform tasks autonomously and help keep your colony productive even while you're exploring.

Defend What You've Built

The world hates those who are brave enough to dwelve into dark magic.

  • Disaster events
  • Summons turn hostile if not fed
  • Guards patrol and protect your necropolis
  • Prepare for nightly attacks

A successful colony requires more than just production—it requires survival.

Corruption of Villagers

Bonecraft introduces corruption as Villager stat. Lure them on dark path and turn them to your acolytes.

  • New professions
  • Corruption meter
  • Acolyte transformation

Why Bonecraft?

Bonecraft focuses on colony management first.

Unlike traditional tech mods, progression comes from organizing minions, creating infrastructure, and building a functioning settlement rather than crafting increasingly complex machines.

Planned Features

The mod is actively developed and many features are still on the roadmap.

Planned additions include:

  • More professions
  • Improved combat AI
  • Raids
  • Unique hostile creatures
  • Magic and occult content
