Anti-Despawn Mini Sulfur Cubes

In the Chaos Cubed 26.2 update, mini sulfur cubes that split from a larger parent fail to inherit the parent's persistence status, causing them to naturally despawn like standard hostile monsters when the player leaves the area. This data pack loops continuously in the background to automatically detect newly split mini cubes (Size:0) and apply the PersistenceRequired:1b NBT tag.

Each newborn cube is only processed once, keeping server performance perfectly smooth.
