What does Balanced Keep Inventory add?

Originally was going to be put in my other mod, Mortem. Evens out the playing field with Keep Inventory. You now lose 15-30% of experience on death if active.

Not a mod I'm necessarily focused on, but i'll keep it updated for as long as I remember to do so.

Right now, I'm kind of ... locked out of my Github because of 2FA nonsense, but as soon as I can I'll link a repo.
