Overhauled Enchanting

Enchantments now appear as "locked" in the enchantment table, until it's corresponding enchanted book is placed in a nearby Chiseled Bookshelf. Amethyst replaces lapis as the enchanting fuel. The position of the Chiseled Bookshelves is no longer strict. By default, a 8 block radius around the table, allowing for much more creative library building. Decorative bookshelves no longer affect enchanting, but can still look great in your new library :-)

Loot Changes

Enchanted books will now be found in different loot chests based on their uses, themes, and/or capabilities. However, don't worry about finding repeat enchantments. Found enchantments will be remembered and no longer appear in future loot chests!

Lectern Overhaul

So if I lose a book, I can never find it again? Don't worry! Using a Lectern, you can rewrite any enchanted books you've discovered.

Currently adds 10 new enchantments

-Displace (Digging Tools): Breaks effective blocks in a 3x3 area. Excludes ores. Teleports targets randomly on hit.

-Skates (Boots): Increases velocity and slipperiness on ice.

-Shriek (Goat Horn): Lets out a sonically-charged shriek. Spreads skulk on kill.

-Return (Goat Horn): Teleport back to a previously set location after a delay. Interrupted by movement or damage taken. Use while crouching to set location.

-Plow (hoe): Breaks fully grown crops in a wave originating from a broken crop

-Crook (hoe): Pulls hit mob towards player. No longer deals damage

-Transmute (fishing rod): Catches are transmuted into valuable materials

-Composure (chestplate): Avoiding damage for a period creates a single use damage negating barrier

-Shove (chestplate): Increases knockback dealt by unarmed attacks

-Overdrive (pickaxe): Continuously mining blocks increases mining speed

Base Mod Enchantment Changes (all configurable):

• Slide: Replaced with slam
• Buoy: Lowered Post water wet time to 2 seconds
• Scooping: reworked, mobs drop loot on hit up to 3 times.
• Luck of the Sea: Replaced with Lure
• Lure: Removes non-fish items from the loot pool (except nautilus shells)

Other Random Changes

• bookshelves are renamed to decorative bookshelves, while chiseled bookshelves are now just bookshelves.
• both bookshelf types now drop without silk touch. ender chests too
• lapis completely removed from generation as it has no unique function
• in creative mode inventory, right click an item with enchanted book to quickly apply enchantment
• only bookshelves containing enchanted books emit particles
• villagers cannot sell enchanted books

Most changes are configurable.
