Mob Catalog
Adds new mobs!
Quick answer
Which Mob Catalog release should I use?
Mob Catalog 1.0.8 targets 1.20.1 with Forge. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. All 2 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Mob Catalog required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does Mob Catalog 1.0.8 need?
1.0.8. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Pehkui, AzureLib first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Mob Catalog add?
Mob Catalog currently adds 5 new mobs. It also comes with a config file, freely allowing you to enable or disable whichever mob(s) you want from spawning. All are enabled by default.
Help with item textures, sound effects and animations would be appreciated!
Capybara
Capybaras spawn in jungles, sparse jungles and swamps, they can be bred with Melon Slices. Feeding a Capybara certain items will have it cut them for you, some examples are Wood into Stripped Wood, Melons into Melon Slices and Mangrove Roots into Sticks.
Crab
Crabs spawn in beaches and mangrove swamps, they drop Crab Claws when they grow up, which can equipped in your main or off-hand to extend your block placing/breaking range. On death, they drop Crab Legs which can be eaten and cooked. They can be bred with Kelp and breathe both underwater and on land. Crabs can also climb logs and mangrove roots.
Penguin
Penguins spawn in stony shores, waddling on land or swimming. If a Penguin is in the water, boating next to one will grant you a speed boost. They can be bred with Crab Legs or fish if Crabs are disabled.
Sloth
Sloths spawn in jungles and come in two different species, only Sloths of the same species can breed with each other. Sloths can climb and hang on the underside of logs. They can be bred with leaves and currently have no utility, but in the next update you can use them to farm saplings.
Stonemaw
Stonemaws spawn uncommonly in caves, they're hostile towards players but can be tamed if fed a Diamond. Tamed Stonemaws will follow you around and can be ordered to sit. Shift right clicking a tamed Stonemaw will give you access to its mouth-inventory.
