What does Vanilla Fullbright add?

Restores the ability to either change options.txt to Gamma=5.0 or just use the brightness slider in game (as this was removed in version 22w12a)

Very similar to the planifolia mod but only does the gamma slider not everything else, and works with the latest (Vulkan) version of sodium
