  - Bee Hives will now accumulate "Crop Charges" over time. When a ripe crop block is broken (harvested) within range of a hive with charges, it will consume a charge and boost the drops. The amount of increase is based on the type of hive.  Skeps do 10%, Ceramic Hives give 20%, Langstroth Hives give 30%.  This number is configurable from within FGCServerConfig. (Many things are)

      - The hives do not impact Rye, Spelt, and Rice, as bees do not pollinate grains. Flax and Amaranth are both flowers and thus do benefit from it; viva la linen!

      - Hives with a Poor population will not generate charges, a Decent Population generates one charge per interval, and Large Populations generate two charges per interval.

      - Every hive has a maximum number of charges they can hold and will not generate more beyond this value.

      - As is tradition with my mods, all times are set for a 30-day month. However, they automatically adjust based on your daysPerMonth setting. With this in mind, hives have the following default values.

    - Skeps

               - Base Charges Per Day: 1 (2 if Hive is high population)

               - Max Charges: 50

               - Range: 5 Blocks (Covering an approximately 11x11 space centered on the hive)

               - Default Crop Boost: 10%

      -Ceramic Hives

               - Base Charges Per Day: 2 (4 if Hive is HIgh Population)

               - Max Charges: 100

               - Range: 6 (Covering a 13x13 space centered on the hive)

               - Default Crop Boost: 20%

      - Langstroth Hives

               - Base Charges Per Day: 3 (6 if Hive is High Population)

               - Max Charges: 150

               - Range: 8 (Covering a 17 x 17 space centered on the hive)
