This mod was created after I realized how overpowered the crossbows mod is. 

You can have a hotbar full of loaded crossbows (string drawn) and just unload them one after another. 

With a Windlass Crossbow, the bolts really hurt, so this defines the meta.

 

The mod makes it so you cannot shoot another crossbow for 12 seconds after shooting. 

 

It is possible to configure the crossbows this mod applies to via

CrossbowsSpamConfig.json (on the server, it will get sent to clients when they join)

The windlass is added to the config by default so most likely you won't have to change anything.
