Noticably speeds up the animations used in the mod. The mod functions by actually hit checking the animations. The higher speed results in faster breaking that's a bit closer to vanilla. I found the default speeds kind of frustratingly sluggish, I get they're intended to match a realistic pace but they give a frustrating feel. The nerfed break speeds are also extremely punishing with some other mods I'm using.

 

This was primarily made for a personal server since you can just edit the files locally, but here's easy mode config editing if the idea spooks you.
