Effortless Curves(and Structure)

Extremely early WIP

Client side only features with server-side addon.

Effortless Curves is a modal building tool inspired by Effortless Building (Minecraft) and Effortless Structures as well as Salty's Effortless Structures. Hold a block, pick a mode from the radial menu, and place whole structures in a couple of clicks – lines, walls, floors, boxes, and smooth curved paths – with a live ghost preview before anything is placed.

Build modes (radial menu, default Capslock):

• Line – click two points, fills a straight line.
• Pillar – click a base, drag the height.
• Wall – two points + height, with auto-oriented stairs.
• Floor – three points define a flat rectangle/parallelogram.
• Cube – box region from four clicks.
• Curve – drop control points, press Enter to lay a smooth spline path (Linear / Catmull-Rom / B-Spline).
• Curved Wall – the same spline, extruded up into a flowing wall that can sink into the terrain.
• Path – trace a route between two points that follows a terrain's edge or cuts straight through, embedding into or draping over the surface.
• CurvedPath -  drop control points, press Enter to lay a smooth spline path embedded or draped over terrain

Replace & Remove

• Right-click builds, left-click removes – break out the same shape you would build.
• Replace modes (in the settings menu): Disabled (place into air only), Blocks and air (overwrite everything), or Blocks only (swap existing blocks, leave gaps).

Curve controls (settings menu, default K): curve type, curvature/tension, bias, continuity, parameterization, resolution, thickness, wall height, terrain sink, and path options.

Default keys – Capslock open mode menu, Enter commit curve, Backspace undo last point, K settings. All rebindable.

Notes

• Works in singleplayer and on servers that have the mod installed (placement is server-side).
• Survival uses blocks from your held stack; creative is unlimited.
• While a mode is selected, left-click is bound to pattern-remove – switch the mode off to mine normally.
