Adds various new writing & drawing utensils, including new pictographs, new ink colors, and temporal glyphs.

**Current Features**
- Wooden Pencil. A simple tool that can be used to write and draw.
- Mechanical Pencil. A fancier pencil for showing off.
- Classic Ink Pen. The ultimate tool for writing and drawing, comes in many colors. Drawings have finer detail.
- Ornate Ink Pen. A fancier inkpen for showing off, comes in many colors. Drawings have finer detail.
- Colored Chalk Sticks. Large bars of chalk for drawing, comes in even more colors.
- New Cave Art. Cave art pictographs in more colors.
