About this project

What does TinkerTailor - Patchworks add?

Being someone who's clothes irl are almost all patched, some to the point of being more patchcloth than the original material, it has always bugged me that there isnt a more comprehensive way to recycle clothes in VS.
So I came up with this idea, I hope you find it useful or enjoyable in some manner.
Don't worry, my goal was to make it make some sort of sense, and disallow things like straw hats or metal bracelets, etc., from being broken down into scrap cloth. That's why the list of clothes isn't complelety comprehensive yet.
Also, this mod currently adds 1 hat, 5 craft items, a few dozen neatly organized recipes, and the recent added patchwork armor.

**Current Features**
- Most vanilla clothes can be cut into cloth or leather scraps.
- Tailors can cut old clothes into scraps with shears at a better return rate.
- Cloth & Leather Scraps can be stitched together into Patchwork Cloth & Patchwork Leather respectively.
- Tailors can stitch patchwork together with a cheaper recipe.
- Patchwork Cloth can be use to craft certain clothing items, including the entire 'Survivor' set.
- A few patchwork clothing items are craftable only if certain classes.
- Patchwork Cloth can be used to repair clothes, though not nearly as well as a sewingkit.
- Patchwork Cloth & Leather can be 'restored' into plain cloth or leather at a major loss rate, by sealing in a barrel of zinc sulfate.
- Scrap Twine & Patching Kit craftable only by certain classes
- Cloth scraps can be cleaned to use as bandages. This can be done on the fly in your inventory if you have aqua vitae, or in bulk with a barrel of slaked lime.
- Visual display in storage to match Tailor's Delight. Patchwork cloth & leather are properly ground-storable/stackable, shelvable, barrel/crate-able(with visuals), and yes, even scrollrack-able!
- Armor made from patchwork cloth & leather.
- Patchwork hat to keep your ears warm while sewing.

**Planned Features**
- Ability to scrap all clothes in the base game made from any kind of cloth or leather
- Mod Compatibility for various mods, TailorsDelight, Wool&More, Regalia, Battledress, etc
- Mod Compatibility with Toolsmith (I think patchwork handle grips would be neat if i can figure it out)

**Possible Future Features**
- Patchwork Gambeson (added)
- Patchwork Leather Armor (added)

**Integrated Mod Compatibility**
Everything should work fine with the following mods, as this mod was designed with compatibility for them in mind.
Tailor's Delight
Wool & More
Regalia
Regalia: Hanfu
Battledress1776
Toolsmith

**Known Issues/Incompatibilities**
- Patchwork armor sets have a strange visual bug whenever you mix&match them. Please if anyone has a fix let me know.

Let me know if you find anything strange/broken, and feel free to make suggestions and point out your favorite features!
