About this project

What does Solid Long Tables add?

Have you ever found yourself in the following situation:

You were out and about adventuring, sniffing applying glue to random rotten old furniture and snagged yourself that sweet sweet tavern table. You rush home, fueled by sheer childlike giddy, ready to slap that bad boy in your massive tavern build that is lacking good interior. But - oops. You can walk right through half of it. You can't put decoration on said half of it either. It does simply not exist in this realm of reality. Now what?

If that sounds familiar, this mod maybe - just maybe - could help you overcome the deeply rooted sadness you now feel. For it solidifies your tables.

What's in da box

A proper block/non-clutter version of "stall2x1-crude", "stall2x1-plain", "table2x1-crude", "table2x1-plain", "table2x1-cloth", "table-tavern-double". These are craftable from their fixed (glued) clutter counterpart in the crafting grid and vice-versa. Works with the ones crafted from Better Ruins' blueprints aswell.

What's NOT in da box

  • Any other 2x1 table 'cause I have yet to encounter them or the need to solidify them. Might do in the future.
  • Rotation. 'Cause in order to be solid you need to not move. Aka. you can only have 90° rotations, not 22.5° ones with the solid versions.
  • Clipping. 'Cause in order to be solid you need to take up space. Otherwise your game will explode and uninstall itself.

What MIGHT be in da box

Modding inefficencies that cause anyone to look at the files an aneurism, because I had no idea what I'm doing besides copying the trunk and changing asset paths. I originally wanted to do it as variants of a single new block entity but failed to make the game not explode. So it's many individual blocks now.
