What does Craftable Mithril add?

Simple mod that lets you Craft Storm Leather at a Tier 3 Workbench under the Tinkering tab. And lets you Smelt Mythril In a Furnace.

1 Mythril Ingot Cost:

2 Cobalt Ingot
2 Adamantite Ingot
2 Thorium Ingot

1 Storm Leather Cost:

5 Linen Scraps
4 Cindercloth Scraps
4 Shadowweave Scraps
3 Heavy Leather

Also removes Stormsilk Scrap from Mithril Shield recipe to allow it to be crafted.
