About this project
This mod heavily changes how the game plays. It focuses on balanced gameplay and reintroduces cut content into the game.
All weapons feature a complete moveset and are fully usable.
All armor sets are fully functional and provide different bonuses.
The big goal is simple in theory, but ambitious in practice:
a complete overhaul of the vanilla experience.
What does that mean?
I want to create a gameplay experience that feels fundamentally different from vanilla. The first step is a full weapon rebalance. For example, daggers should never outperform a fully charged hit from a large mace within the same timeframe. Weapon choice should matter, and every weapon should have clear strengths and weaknesses.
Once weapon balance is in a good state, I will move on to armor balancing. Armor should play a meaningful role in combat, rather than just providing flat protection.
After that, I plan to rework the buff and debuff system. My goal is to introduce proper status effects as well as armor sets with unique bonuses, adding more depth and build variety to the game.
