About this project

What does WeaponHub add?

Conda's WeaponHub adds two types of weapons into the game, Rapier and Battlehammer! (war hammer?)
Each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages to fit with vanilla weapons.
They come along with custom animations for unique attacks.

Any feedbacks are welcome! I expect this to be very unbalanced since the only tester was myself.

First Addition: Rapier

Compared to sword:

  • Weaker normal attacks
  • Thinner hitbox
  • Better reach & attack speed

Attack sets

Normal: 4x stab combo
Charged: 2x strong stabs
Charged (Directional): 1x strong stab, moving to each direction (left or right)
Guard Bash: 1x knockback stab
Signature: 1x very strong stab
Ability 2: WIP

Second Addition: Battlehammer

(for now)

Compared to mace:

  • A bit weaker attacks
  • More frequent combos
  • More fun?

Attack Sets

Normal: same as mace
Normal (Jump): slam
Charged (Left, Right): 2x swing combo
Charged (Up): 1x swing to launch enemies upward
Guard Bash (Foward): launches yourself with hammer's weight
Signature: strong slam, and strong swing afterwards
Ability 2 (Costs Signature Energy): launches enemy and yourself upward, WHACKS enemy's head off
Ability 3 (Costs Signature Energy): WIP

Note: As you can see, for a mod named "WeaponHub", this mod is very bare bones right now. It has only 2 types of weapons to play around with custom animations. Even existing one's animations are not finished yet. As time goes on, more weapons will be added into the mod, and existing ones will get more polished, along with more custom animations.

Expect at least 2-3 more weapons from now on.
