What does Dejan's LosTech (early WIP!!!) add?

EARLY WIP!!

Up to now, just some blocks with the look of lost (and maybe mythical?) technology:

Texture has 4 different variations, depending on physical location of the block in the world.

And as always - any feedback and ideas are welcome.
