What does OptiLeaves add?

OptiLeaves boosts FPS and makes foliage look cleaner by optimizing leaf rendering.

🍃 Forge • Fabric • NeoForge 🍃

The mod hides invisible block faces that the player wouldn’t see anyway, reducing system load without compromising visual quality. It also uses a cache to avoid repeating the same checks every frame. The configurable depth check allows fine-tuning the balance between performance and detail. Especially effective in forests and jungles, where foliage is most dense.

🎮 Tests:

🌿 In areas with extremely dense foliage, FPS can improve by up to ~25%! In moderately leafy areas, up to ~15% more FPS 🌿
