What does [IU] Diamond Vein add?

Every time new players face the problem of finding diamonds in the normal world with the Industrial Upgrade mod. This allows the beginner to mine diamonds and emeralds using this vein, thereby making the gameplay easier for beginners in the mod. Although the percentage of spawning of these ores is small, you can still mine resources and not face survival problems
