Creative Sandbox Dimension

Overview

Adds a dedicated superflat creative dimension designed specifically for survival players. Teleport in to build, test redstone, or plan structures freely. Your survival inventory, XP, status effects, and Ender Chest contents remain completely isolated and are safely restored when you return. Play creative without breaking survival progression.

Installation Requirements

• Both client and server installation required for multiplayer. Single-player works with client-only installation.

Security & Anti-Exploit Measures

Built with survival integrity in mind. The mod prevents item leakage and stat manipulation through several built-in safeguards:

• Full State Isolation – Inventory, Ender Chest, XP, health, hunger, and effects are saved on entry and restored on exit.
• Restricted Actions – Sleeping, creating portals, and transferring items via Ender Chests are blocked.
• No Food Consumption – Eating is disabled by default to prevent survival stat bypasses.
• Advancement Lock – Achievements/advancements are disabled inside the dimension.
• Custom Item Blacklist – Players or server admins can configure a blacklist to prevent holding or using specific items in the creative dimension.

Teleportation Methods

Choose how you access the dimension (all configurable):

• Commands – /creative_dim enter & /creative_dim leave (aliases: /cd enter & /cd leave) — Enabled by default
• Hotkeys – Separate keys for entering and leaving — Enabled by default (unassigned, set in Controls)
• Bed Teleportation – Right-click a bed with an empty hand to enter — Disabled by default

Configuration & Customization

Fine-tune the dimension to match your world or server:

• Always Day & Clear Weather – Lock time and weather for optimal building conditions — Enabled by default
• World Border – Set a configurable boundary to keep the creative area contained
• Feature Toggles – Easily enable/disable security restrictions, teleport methods, and environmental locks via the config file

Compatibility

• Fully compatible with Curios API, Backpacked and other major inventory/mod frameworks
• Designed for seamless integration into modpacks and multiplayer servers
• Note: As with any creative-access mod, test thoroughly in your specific modpack to ensure no unintended progression bypasses exist.

Planned Features

• FTB Quests Support – Integration is planned for a future update to properly handle quest progression isolation. This feature is not currently available.
