Quick answer
Which General Threading and Misc Fixes + Kitchen Sink release should I use?
General Threading and Misc Fixes + Kitchen Sink genmtfixes-1.20.1-1.0.0.jar targets 1.20.1 with Forge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. 1 required mod needs a matching file.
Where it goes
Is General Threading and Misc Fixes + Kitchen Sink required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does General Threading and Misc Fixes + Kitchen Sink genmtfixes-1.20.1-1.0.0.jar need?
genmtfixes-1.20.1-1.0.0.jar. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install c2me - Au Naturel edition, Snow! Real Magic! ⛄ (Neo/Forge), Advanced Chimneys, Kiwi 🥝 (Neo/Forge) first, but 1 required mod has no matching file for this setup. Do not mix loader builds to force a match. 21 come through another mod in the chain.
21 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does General Threading and Misc Fixes + Kitchen Sink add?
The Au Naturel modpack and Au naturel edit of c2me creates or exposes many conflicts with the included mods as they have often never been made to explicitly run in a multithreaded environment or with considerations of so many other mods.
Where mods aren't part of the main core edits in the other Au Naturel mods and we aren't expected to maintain explicit maintenance of those mods, but they require specific fixes or edits in order to try to gain some stability, fix race conditions, or otherwise address crashes and issues due to running with 500 other mods in the c2me environment, or maybe make some quirky features or interactions, this is the generic mod where such will be implemented.
Note: this is not designed to be a generally consumable mod, it relies specifically on the mods of the latest version of Au Naturel being present, and targets the Au Naturel version of c2me and any other mods made for that modpack. Any other use is unadvised/untested.
