About this project
What does Immersion and RolePlay additions add?
WHAT IS IRP?
Immersion and Roleplay (IRP) aims to add various blocks and items to enhance the immersion and elevate the storytelling in your builds, in ways that other mods don't usually allow, and in a vanilla-friendly way. This mod is meant for adventure maps, roleplaying environment and short films. Although most of the blocks added are made for a modern setting, it can still be very useful for other settings.

Everything else is entirely my own creation.
WHAT DOES IT ADD?
IRP has three main components:
The graffiti system:
You see "decals" in videgames? Blood traces, graffitis, scattered junk on the floor... IRP allows for a similar system by using item frames and specific items. This allows for incredibly modular system to place blood, scattered papers or water puddles for exemple. Graffitis are not interactible when in survival mode, making them suitable for adventure maps or roleplay environnements.
Storytelling blocks:
Improve the visual or gameplay immersion with specific blocks. Add shadows or fake skies to elevate your builds, place dead bodies to narrate an event or use one of the many "lore-centric" blocks, such as books, document folders or a computer to deliver lore elements to the players!

Additional blocks:
This mod also contain various blocks that i felt were missing from other mods to decorate your build, such as suitcases, briefcases, different crates and more
Overlays through potion effects:
By giving yourself specific potion effects (irp:"effectname"), you can give yourselves GUI effects to increase your immersion even more, such as an NVG quadnods overlay, injured screen effects, and much more. Use them though plugins or command blocks to enhance the immersion!
