✨ Overview

Majestic Core ships three blocks and nothing else: arcane_brick,
rune_block and carved_keystone — the masonry the Order of
Watchers cut for itself.

It exists so that structure mods can build out of the same stone without depending on
Majestic for a brick. Depending on Majestic would also drag in its boss, its
book system, its mob bestiary, and four worldgen structures that would then generate in
your world whether you wanted them or not.

If you were told to install this mod, it's because another mod on your instance depends
on it. On its own it adds no worldgen, no mobs and no progression.

🟀 Blocks

Block What it is
arcane_brick The Order's plain stone. The wall you build with.
rune_block Carved with a rune. Reads at a distance, so it marks what matters.
carved_keystone A shaped keystone. Capping course — it goes on top, not in the middle.

All three are plain full blocks, so they place and break freely. None of them has a crafting recipe. That is not an oversight: in Majestic these come out of the Watchers' Vault and are the only way to finish the Arcane Portal.

🔗 For mod authors

Declare it as a dependency and the blocks are available:

[[dependencies.yourmod]]
    modId="majestic_core"
    type="required"
    versionRange="[0.0.0-beta.1,)"
    ordering="AFTER"
    side="BOTH"

To ask whether a block belongs to the set without hardcoding the three ids:

MajesticCoreBlocks.isOrderStone(blockState)   // boolean
MajesticCoreBlocks.ORDER_STONE                 // Map<ResourceLocation, DeferredBlock<Block>>

ORDER_STONE is built explicitly rather than by reflecting over the class fields, because the reflective version depends on static field initialisation order — the last thing you want in a library.

📋 Requirements

Minecraft 1.21.1
NeoForge 21.1.249+
Java 21
Side Client and Server (required on both)
Depends on Nothing. No GeckoLib, no other cores.

⚠ Status

Pre-release, and transitional. Majestic still registers its own copies of these same three blocks; nothing has been moved yet. Until that happens, the same stone exists under two ids, which is not something to publish to players on its own. Expect both this mod and Majestic to change before either is out of beta.
