About this project
What does AlchyMastery add?
Whoever finds this journal: I wanted to mend the world. No more hunger for iron, no more wars over gold. They laughed, kindly, the way you laugh at a child. This journal is my answer.

AlchyMastery is an alchemy mod built on a tear in reality. Burn lapis in a sealed chamber, hold the distortion that leaks through, and use it to run the old alchemical cycle: break matter down, transmute it, and rebuild it into ores and ingots.
The chambers
Every machine is a multiblock chamber: ordinary blocks around a core. Build the frame, set the core, and the structure wakes up as one machine.
Distortion Chamber: burns lapis into distortion energy (DE) and stores it

Wormholes: carry that energy to your machines, up to 124 blocks away
Distortion Condensator: turns water into distortion fluid under dripstone

Destructuration Chamber: crushes ores, ingots and mob drops into pure compounds and essences

Transmutation Chamber: turns one compound into another of the same family, keeping its value
Reconstruction Chamber: rebuilds compounds into raw ore, ingots, gems or mob drops, using a base block as the mold

Rendering Cauldron: renders mob essences into liquid experience, tended by a ghost. Pour it as orbs with the Experience Tap, bottle it, or let the Experience Siphon mend your gear from anywhere

Upgrades and corruption
Speed, Productivity, Efficiency and Parallel upgrades push your machines further, but the void you feed them shows. Rifts tear open across the blocks, glimmering with the End, and spread as you upgrade.
The Nexuses
Late game, distortion folds whole chambers into working miniatures. The Alchemical Nexus runs the entire cycle on its own; the Experience Nexus turns mob drops straight into experience. Their formation is a show of its own: a warden blast, rifts opening, and the chambers coming back through them, shrunk.

The Alchemist's Codex
An in-game journal (requires Patchouli) with an animated void theme. It tells the alchemist's story while teaching every mechanic, and unlocks chapter by chapter as you craft and read. Book + amethyst shard.
