About this project

What does Dynasty Ville add?

🌙 Dynasty City

Rebuild the dynasty, one city at a time.

When Solaris fell to fire and blood, only a handful of survivors escaped. In the Forest of Giant Trees, two half-witch sisters founded a village and named it MoonSisters Coven. They swore to find the one who destroyed their world, and to raise a new dynasty from the ashes.

Dynasty City brings that story to life on the server. Players found cities, join them, rise through their ranks and protect their land together.

✦ Features

  • Found a city. Players with the Founder rank create a city with a single command. The whole server is notified, with a clickable [Join] button.
  • Join freely. Any Exile can join a city and instantly becomes a Colonist (Colon). Leave it, and they return to exile.
  • A capital from day one. MoonSisters Coven exists from the very first launch as the capital (★), waiting for its founder.
  • Shared land. Each city’s inhabitants share access to each other’s claims (powered by Open Parties and Claims), so outsiders can’t build, break or loot inside.
  • Automatic ranks. Every city gets its own LuckPerms group. City leaders and officers get the chef-de-ville and officier-de-ville groups automatically, following their FTB Teams rank. Staff only decide what those groups grant.
  • City information. You can see each city’s leader, its inhabitants, its founding date and the size of its claimed territory.
  • JourneyMap waypoint. Every city has a waypoint you can copy from the chat.
  • Safe deletion. Only the Witches and the Creator can dissolve a city, and only after a confirmation step. Claims stay with their owners.

✦ Commands

Command Who What it does
/city list Everyone Lists all cities, their leader and population
/city info <city> Everyone Leader, inhabitants, territory, JourneyMap waypoint
/city nombre <city> Everyone Number of inhabitants
/city join <city> Everyone Join a city and become a Colonist
/city leave Inhabitants Leave your city
/city create <name> Founder, Creator Found a new city and become its leader
/city delete <city> Witch, Creator Dissolve a city (with confirmation)

/ville works as an alias for /city. City names may contain spaces and accents.

✦ Requirements

  • Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric
  • FTB Teams (required: each city is an FTB team)
  • LuckPerms (recommended: ranks and permissions)
  • Open Parties and Claims (recommended: land protection and territory size)
  • JourneyMap (optional: city waypoints)

Dynasty City is server-side only: players don’t need to install anything.

✦ Permissions

Node Default
dynasty.ville.voir, dynasty.ville.rejoindre Everyone
dynasty.ville.creer Nobody, not even operators (give it with a rank)
dynasty.ville.supprimer Nobody, not even operators (give it with a rank)
dynasty.ville.recharger Operators

Everything else can be changed in config/dynasty_villes/config.json without restarting: name length, group names, an automatic city suffix, the waypoint format and more.
