Barbecue 🔥

• Pour charcoal: black lumps catch one by one, glow through their cracks, then turn to white ash.

• Blow on the embers: sparks fly and the grill gets hotter.

• Beef, pork, mutton, chicken, rabbit, cod or salmon cook side by side and take grill marks. Flip with a click; forget them and they burn.

• Gas barbecue with blue flames, wood fire pit with tall flames.
