About this project
What does Caffeine Cubed add?
Caffeine Cubed
A mod for Minecraft focused on growing, grinding, and brewing coffee.
Find coffee beans in the jungle, grow your own bushes, roast and grind the beans, and brew coffee in a machine you can
upgrade with attachments. Where your coffee grows decides how good it is, and better coffee lasts longer.
Getting started
Break grass and ferns in a **jungle**: now and then one drops **Raw Coffee Beans**.
Craft the **Caffeine Cubed Guide** from a book and a raw coffee bean. It explains everything in the mod.
Plant the beans on grass or dirt to grow a **Coffee Bush**, and pick its ripe cherries for more beans.
Features
- **Bean quality:** every bean is Poor, Decent, Good or Great, depending on the biome its bush grows in. Jungles grow
the best, cold biomes the worst. The quality carries through every step, all the way to the cup.
**Coffee Roaster:** roasts beans light, medium or dark, using furnace fuel.
**Coffee Grinder:** a hand grinder that turns roasted beans into grounds.
**Coffee Machine:** brews coffee from water, grounds and fuel. Put ice in place of the water to make **Ice Coffee**.
**Machine attachments:**
**Grinder Attachment:** grinds beans for the machine, no fuel needed.
**Milk Frother:** adds milk to the coffee.
**Syrup Compactor:** adds a syrup, for Water Breathing, Invisibility, Night Vision or Jump Boost.
**Coffee:** gives Speed for 1 to 4 minutes depending on its quality, plus Slow Falling, Haste or Strength depending
on its roast. Milk adds Regeneration. Ice Coffee gives Fire Resistance instead of Speed.
- **Triple Axis Siphon:** blends light, medium and dark grounds into a **Rainbow Blend**, which goes into **God's
Coffee**: Speed II, Regeneration, Night Vision, Resistance, Strength and Haste at once. God's Ice Coffee swaps Speed
for Fire Resistance.
- Machines sound like what they do, glow while they work, and work with hoppers.
Works with
**Patchouli** (required): draws the guide book.
**JEI** (optional): a recipe page for every machine.
**Jade** (optional): look at a machine to see what it's doing.
Also included:
A server config for machine speeds, effect lengths and the bean drop chance.
Data packs can change the machine recipes.
Shared
c:tags for the beans and drinks.
**Languages:** English, German, Spanish, Japanese and Korean.
**Multiplayer:** works on servers. Install it, and Patchouli, on both the server and every player's game.
