About this project

What does EmpaTiC add?

Currently being rebuilt from the ground up for 1.20.1, with better, more modern standards

Legacy description:

Ever wished better compatibility for the 1.16.5 and 1.18.2 builds of Tinkers' Construct? Wish no more!

Custom materials:

Sandstone: Tier 1 Harvest material made by using sandstone at a tinkers' station, just like most tier 1 materials. Comes with the Arid modifier (grants better mining speed when mining sand and/or sandstone).

Milkonstantan: Tier 3 Harvest material made by alloying copper, quartz and milk. Comes with the Clearing modifier (grants extra mining speed exclusively when under a negative status effect, like hunger or slowness).

Debristone: Tier 4 General material made by casting molten debris in sandstone parts. Comes with the Underborn modifier (extra attack damage at lower world heights).

Botania materials:

All tools made by Botania materials can be repaired using mana.

Manasteel: Tier 2 Special material made by melting manasteel. Comes with Mana Adept 2 instead of Mana Adept 1 (halves the mana required to repair a tool).

Elementium: Tier 3 Weapon material made by melting elementium. Comes with the Pixie modifier (might summon an ally Pixie on hit).

Terrasteel: Tier 4 Special material made by melting terrasteel. Comes with the Mana Infused modifier (grants extra mining speed and attack damage using mana from the user's inventory).

Blue Skies materials:

Ventium: Tier 2 Harvest material made by melting Ventium. Comes with the Brittle modifier (trades durability for mining speed).

Falsite: Tier 3 General material made by melting Falsite. Comes with the Unreliable modifier (similar to duritae from previous Tinkers' versions, tools usually consume no durability but might consume triple at random. Overall uses less durability than a regular tool).

Horizonite: Tier 3 Weapon material made by melting Horizonite. Comes with the Fireborn modifier (similar to Fiery, but the enemies are burnt for a random amount of time). Fireborn can also be granted as a craftable modifier using 6 Horizonite ingots.

The Undergarden materials:

Cloggrum: Tier 3 Harvest material made by melting Cloggrum. Randomly mines twice as fast as it usually does.

Froststeel: Tier 3 Weapon material made by melting Froststeel. Will inflict slowness on enemy targets.

Utherium: Tier 3 Weapon material made by melting Utherium. Deals more damage against rotspawn.

Forgotten Metal: Tier 4 Special material made by casting Forgotten Metal into Cloggrum. Extra mining speed and damage against Undergarden-related things.

Immersive Engineering materials:

Treated Wood: Tier 2 Weapon material made using Treated Wood at a Tinkers' Station. Knocks enemies further back when they're on fire.

Concrete: Tier 2 Weapon material made by melting Concrete or casting it directly to a smeltery/foundry. Your 6th hit every 6 attacks will deal extra damage.

HOP Graphite: Tier 3 Harvest material made using HOP Graphite ingots at a Tinkers' Station. Gets charged the more you sprint, uses that charge to boost mining speed.

Create materials:

[1.16.5] Refined Radiance: Tier 4 Weapon material made by melting Refined Radiance. Has a chance to make enemies rise in the sky (with the corresponding fall damage) on hit.

[1.16.5] Shadow Steel: Tier 4 General material made by melting Shadow Steel. Less prone to consume durability when used at a poorly illuminated place.

[NEW] Caramel Composite: Tier 3 General overslime material made by melting Caramel Composite, a new material obtained by mixing 3 glowstone, 3 obsidian dust and a honeycomb on a heated mixer. Regenerates durability when exposed to daylight and slightly increases overslime capacity.

[NEW] Haunted Brass: Tier 3 Weapon material made alloying molten brass with molten soul (1 ingot for each half soul block). Severely boosts your attack speed at the cost of randomly granting weakness when hitting an enemy (10% chance per level).

[1.16.5] Twilight Forest materials:

Both Ironwood and Steeleaf can generate forest energy by breaking leaves.

Ironwood: Tier 2 Weapon material made by melting ironwood (raw ironwood works as its ore). Comes with the Forest Knockback modifier (extra knockback when using the tool's forest energy).

Steeleaf: Tier 3 Harvest material made by melting steeleaves. Comes with the Forest Speed modifier (extra mining speed when using the tool's forest energy).

Ironwood: Tier 3 Weapon material made by melting knightmetal (armor shard clusters work as its ore). Comes with the Armored modifier (might grant a resistance status effect on hit, has more chances to do so the lower on health you are).

Fiery Metal: Tier 4 Weapon material made by melting fiery metal or by alloying iron and fiery essence (tears/blood). Comes with the Fiery modifier.

Entity melting:

EmpaTiC supports custom entity melting for the following mods: Blue Skies, The Undergarden, [1.16.5] Twilight Forest, [1.16.5] Mutant Beasts, [1.16.5] Mutant More
