The Fog is coming. WynnVista is a Minecraft mod designed to enhance the gameplay experience on Wynncraft by only showing the LODs of the region you're in (Distant Horizons or Voxy) and adding world effects like the Mount Wynn smoke plume and the Roots of Corruption fog. Made for my modpack World of Wynncraft

What's Up

  • Supports both Distant Horizons and Voxy LOD mods
  • Selective LODs: only shows the LODs of the region you're in (main map, Realm of Light, Void), no peeking at the other realms
  • Doesn't touch your LOD render distance, set it in DH or Voxy
  • World Effects: a smoke plume rising from Mount Wynn and the fog over the Roots of Corruption, visible in LODs. Many more to come!!
  • Realistic or Blocky style for each effect
  • Works with shader packs: Complementary, BSL and Photon
  • Configurable settings via Mod Menu or config file

Installation

  1. Make sure you have Fabric Loader and Fabric API installed
  2. Download and install either Distant Horizons (3.3.3) or Voxy (0.2.16-beta) (the world effects work without them too)
  3. Download the latest version of WynnVista from the releases page
  4. Place the downloaded .jar file in your Minecraft mods folder

Configuration

You can configure WynnVista using Mod Menu. The World Effects page has a switch for each effect and Realistic or Blocky for each.

  • Minecraft 1.21.11
  • Fabric Loader 0.18.1 or higher
  • Fabric API
  • One of the following LOD mods:
    • Distant Horizons 3.3.3
    • Voxy 0.2.16-beta
  • Cloth Config
  • Mod Menu
  • WynnIris 1.2.2 if you want shader packs (optional)
  • Better Clouds (optional)
