The sun's light turns hostile mobs to stone.
They will remain unmoving, frozen in place, until they're provoked or night comes again.

- Option to freeze enemies only at dawn or whenever they are in sunlight
- Option for how long it takes for a provoked enemy to freeze again (-1 for never)
- Enemy blacklist for mobs who should not freeze during the day
- Option to attempt to expand the blacklist to modded variants of blacklisted enemies
