Quick answer

Which Tropicana release should I use?

Updated 2 years ago
alpha file 0.0.3-1.20.X
Game version 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3
Loader Fabric

Tropicana 0.0.3-1.20.X targets 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3 with Fabric. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. No extra mods listed for this file.

Where it goes

Is Tropicana required on the client, server, or both?

Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.

Client Optional
Dedicated server Optional
Loader for this release Fabric

The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.

What else does Tropicana 0.0.3-1.20.X need?

No extra mods listed for this file

This file does not list any required mods. Do not add a library just because a different file uses it.

1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

Before you install it

About this project

What does Tropicana add?

Mod Logo

Summary

This mod adds oranges and pineapples, these can be turned into other foodstuff that can have unique features.

Oranges

ah yes, the fruit that is good and tasty (bananas don't count), these can be obtained by breaking birch leaves (THIS WILL BE CHANGED LATER)

Orange Juice

The orange is quite tasty and easy to be drank (half a second exactly), this will leave you starving for me food because of high content of sugar.

Orange Chicken

Is regular cooked chicken not good enough for you? Just squirt some orange and you made it more nourishing.

Pineapples

Yet another fruit, to find it you need to break jungle leaves (WILL BE CHANGED LATER) first of
all in order to be eaten you need to srape off the crown (There is an alt recipe for those who do not have knifes from farmers delight). The pineapple can be worn providing minimal protection to suit your flashy design.

Scoop

A simple tool for those who don't have Farmer's Delight installed.

Uncut Pineapple

Good luck stuffing that in your mouth, upon consuming you take damage because of it's spikes. Also it makes you spew out the pineapple heart.

Pineapple

Now you cut off the crown! It is still going to take some time to gulp that down into your mouth. Upon eating it you may also have a chance to spew out the heart.

Tropedia

New To The Mod? The Tropedia Has You Covered!

Advancement Tab (Coming Soon)

People who won't be reading this needs a way to guide themselves to find the tropical fruits.

Is the mod for me?

If you are looking for more foods, with unique features and such, then this mod is for you. Just check for updates cause more food is going to be added (and integration with other mods).

Looking Forward

First mod that I made if all goes well and I am motivated I would love to do a biome dedicated for the orange and the pineapple (Data packs don't count for some reason), Also a wood type for the orange would suit well for this mod. And a lot of foods using these tropical fruits (Juice, Fruit Salad, etc).
