Balance tweaks to bleed, added bleed to all non blunt weapon types

• Arrows that stick in targets
• Arrow break chance modifiers
• Pickup arrow heads instead of them being destroyed
• More aggressive predators
• Blood trails
• Bloody water
• Health based animal run speed
• Damage over time bleed effects
• Better close combat bow aiming and accuracy
• Longer audible footstep range of predators
• Animals flee from longer range and flee away from you more realistically
• Faster harvest loot and auto drop loot
• Config Lib UI support to tweak in-game

Compatibilty:
Combat Overhaul -  Won't crash, but sticky arrows and bleed won't work since they tie into vanilla arrows, and Combat Overhaul uses its own arrow system.
Blood Trail - Done differently but overlap in blood visuals, disable blood trail or disable the blood section in Tass Hunting.
Flee Exhaustion - Overlaps with Tass Hunting's wounded slowdown (both slow hurt animals). Disable Flee Exhaustion, or turn off "wounded animals slow down" in Tass Hunting's config.

This mod takes control of arrow impact behavior (sticky arrows) and may be incompatible or first come first serve load order with any mother mods that do the same.
