About this project

What does Kismet add?

Kismet introduces mysterious robotic invaders from a distant future the Byte, Kilobyte, and Megabyte.

These mechanical entities have appeared through structure from a different time, each more advanced and dangerous than the last. They can be found guarding hidden tech ruins scattered across the world remnants of an age long gone… or yet to come.

New Robotic Enemies

Face the Byte, Kilobyte, and Megabyte, hostile mechanical beings with unique abilities and distinct attack patterns. Each enemy tier is more powerful and drops rarer components.

Kismet Structures

Explore structures from the future where these machines spawn. Discover loot, and materials that hint at their mysterious origin.

Cybernetic Enhancements

Defeating these robots rewards you with parts and circuitry that can be used to augment your own body. Consume Synthetic organs to upgrade yourself with enhancements that boost:

Mining speed, Movement speed, Strength, efficiency and also gives the ability to propel yourself in the air and shock enemies surrounding you.

However you must now power yourself with a Battery charge meter. To survive, you’ll need to manage your battery levels and recharge periodically by consuming kismet batteries.

There are 3 levels to augmentation too

consuming 1 synthetic organ gets you to level 1
consuming 3 synthetic organs gets you to level 2
consuming 5 synthetic organs gets you to level 3.
