About this project

What does Native Event Guard add?

Native Event Guard

Native Event Guard prevents ordinary exceptions thrown by KubeJS native event listeners from crashing Minecraft.

When a native event listener fails, this mod catches the exception and logs the error and stack trace so the game can continue running. It is designed for Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge and KubeJS's built-in native event support.

Features

  • Catches ordinary listener exceptions
  • Writes the error and stack trace to the log
  • Keeps the game running after a script error
  • Leaves JVM-level errors outside the normal exception handling path

No configuration is required.
